Bouquet: intense, sunny, aristocratic, enveloping, delicate, seductive, subtle, of great finesse and intensity, with an extraordinary personal style, pleasantly characterized by hints of vanilla, coffee, almond, pine nuts, dates, carob, freshly baked bread, apple rennet, citrus fruits, very ripe red fruit, and floral notes of high mountain flowers, magnolia, elderberry and almond tree.
Taste: velvety, soft, round, sweet, soft, gentle, with exceptional aromatic richness and suggestive unique emotions, the well-known sweets blend with great authority and personality.
Great-grandfather Francesco Stravecchia grappa is christened with the name of the great-grandfather of Michele and Mauro Dolzan, fifth generation of Villa de Varda.
Its distinctiveness is the consequence of the Dolzan family custom of handing down a superb selection of grappa as a dowry, from father to son, as a proof of family continuity.
Great-grandfather Francesco Stravecchia grappa is presented in a pine wood box and accompanied by the numbered technical sheet hand-signed by the master distiller Luigi Dolzan.
