The 1975 wine distillate is one of the best products of Villa de Varda. It has an intense amber color, with deep gold reflections. The perfume, extremely fine and of great aromatic richness, reveals a distillate with a delicate and harmonious taste, with an authoritative persistence.

BOUQUET: of sublime aromatic richness and sensational finesse, hints of raisins, with toasted notes of hazelnut, cocoa, coffee, amaretto, vanilla and yeast.
TASTE: highly refined and soft, graced by many aromatic varieties, delicate, harmonious, round, gentle, with important hints of nuts and authoritative, almost infinite persistence.
Michele Dolzan was born in 1975, making him the fifth generation of the family, along with his brother Mauro. This wine distillate was placed in good hardwood barrels for age on October 20, that year, following the Dolzan family tradition of passing down a quality selection of distillate as a dowry from father to son. This 43-year-old brandy, reserved for the most selective palates, has the fragrances of the country it comes from as well as the heritage of a unique manner of production.
