Don Papa Sherry Casks

Don Papa Sherry Cask Finish is a limited edition premium rum distilled on the Philippine island of Negros. The sugar canes grown on Mount Kanlaon benefit from the exceptional climate and volcanic soil. After the sugar cane is harvested, it is processed by local mills, and the resulting molasses, dubbed "black gold" locally, is delivered to the distillery. It is a small batch rum that is aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks before being matured in three different types of Fino, Cream, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
