Description
Grappa di Barolo Marolo 15 Years is made with Nebbiolo pomace from the region of Barolo DOCG, one of the most famous and well-known reds in Italy. The pomace arrives to the distillery quite fresh, still full of all the qualities that the distillation - carried out using stills fueled by steam boilers - will be tasked with keeping intact and clean. After the manufacturing process is completed, the Grappa is transported to tiny oak and acacia barrels and aged for 15 years before being bottled.
