Teeling Whiskey Company and Galway Bay Brewery, one of Ireland's most recognized craft breweries, have been cooperating for years on what has now become the cult classic - a contemporary rendition of an Imperial Stout matured in Teeling's Small Batch barrels just once a year. It was just a matter of time until they brought their relationship full circle, reclaiming the stout-seasoned barrels and finishing a whiskey with their deep, dark, malty flavor. As a result, there is a genuine celebration of flavour-focused innovation.
