Saint Aubin History Collection Mauritius
The nose is a very attractive rum, with traces of candied strawberries mingling with the woody flavor rich in nuts and well-rounded cane, for a flowery, aromatic, and committed character. The first taste instantly reminds us of Scotland and its peat, thanks to the notes of smoke that greet us on the tongue, along with pepper and somewhat bitter citrus peel, leading to an oak and chocolate finish.

The cuvée grande réserve Mauritius 2004 was carefully selected from among Saint Aubin's top rums. A combination of aged rums with a deep, powerful scent. Saint Aubin History Collection Mauritius is a combination of the greatest old rums from the Saint Aubin estate's vaults, some pot-still and some copper-column spirits, all from the 2004 vintage, just as the History Collection Isle of France.
