Nose: Spicy notes of orange and mandarin kick off this dram, and then open up to hints of milk chocolate, gummy candies and fruit cake.
Palate: The maturation in Oloroso shows notes of cinnamon, caramel and milk chocolate. There is a closed element that recalls cigar boxes and nutmeg.
Finish: The cinnamon note persists, with notes of gingerbread and ground pepper developing in the finish.

Description
The Hazelburn Sherrywood line, which is issued once a year, stands in sharp contrast to the completely Bourbon aged 10 Year Hazelburn. This 15-year-old release is a full-bodied, sophisticated dram that has been aged entirely in Oloroso Sherry barrels.
