Abuelo Centuria, dubbed the "best rum in the world" by the prestigious international magazine Forbes, is a blend of the best Varela rums. All of the rums that go into it have been aged in oak barrels for at least 30 years. Centuria is derived from the Latin word "centum," which means "one hundred," and represents the number of years it took Varela to develop this product, with which he celebrates a century of production.
