The aroma is of oak sap resin, charred maple syrup, with a long lingering soft sherry note. The palate is very oily, as rich as it is dense, with flavors of caramel, raisins and molasses. The finish is long: the oils linger on the tongue with more sweet spices and peppery embers.

Three visionaries decided to try to revolutionize Irish Whiskey: independent bottlers offer this very special Irish whiskey, bottled at the high alcohol content of 65%, composed of four different types of distillate aged in three different casks. It is a blend of 40% Virgin Oak matured dark grain, 40% Ex-Bourbon matured light grain, 8% Oloroso aged Irish Pot Still Whiskey, 10% double malt distilled and 2% peat malt aged in ex-Bourbon barrels.
