Kilchoman Madeira Cask Matured 2021 is a single malt whiskey made by the Kilchoman distillery on the Scottish island of Islay. This whiskey was aged in American oak casks for at least 5 years before being transferred to Madeira casks for additional maturation. The Madeira cask maturation has given this whiskey a distinct flavor, with notes of dried fruit, raisins, and honey. Furthermore, the addition of Madeira wood added a touch of sweetness and spice to the overall flavor. Kilchoman Madeira Cask Matured 2021 is a limited edition of only 10,000 bottles.
