The aroma is floral, with a very fresh sweetness, slight hints of vanilla and tropical fruit. The palate has yellow fruit and light notes of white pepper and butter shortbread. The finish is fresh and fruity, very pleasant.
Description
Stobcross, distilled from only Scottish barley and aged in a mix of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, has been bottled at a 46% reduction, with no artificial coloring, and is the first release from Clydeside, an urban distillery located in the heart of Glasgow docks.
