Description
A single malt that departs from the Yoichi distillery's usual peaty versions, similar to those found on the Scottish island of Islay. Double distilled in a "Scottish style" copper still, heated over direct coal fire. This unpeated version has malty, fruity and spicy notes reminiscent of products from Scotland's Speyside and Lowland regions.
