Description
It comes, like all Drouin Calvados, from the harvest of its 30 apple varieties. When it reaches maturity, soft pressing in champagne style follows, with yields reduced to 65% to preserve the maximum fragrance and freshness of the juice. The Millésime 2002 is aged in ex-Calvados barrels and the Calvados Aoc disciplinary was followed in its production.
