To be consumed neat or with an ice cube to dilute the alcohol content. It is one of the ingredients in international cocktails such as the Last Word, Chartreuse Swizzle and Bijou.
Description
Chartreuse Verte combines 130 herbs, flowers, roots and spices, but also beet alcohol as a base and white sugar to sweeten. It is bottled at 55% vol. It is aged at least 3 years in large French oak barrels.
