Amaro Amara is created by selecting the best peels of the IGP Sicilian Red Orange, produced from proprietary orange groves, grown without chemicals and harvested by hand. Other key ingredients are spring water and wild herbs from Etna.
Description
Amara's Amaro di Arancia di Sicilia is a liqueur with bitter notes, ideal both as an aperitif served on the rocks and as a digestive served neat and cold. Produced in small quantities, artisanally, through seven infusions of the rinds of the best IGP Sicilian blood orange from orange groves that rest their roots on the lava soil of the slopes of Mount Etna just a few kilometers from Catania.
